The Confederation of Indian Industry along with SurgeForth Technologies as a knowledge partner is pleased to launch the 3rd edition of "Innovator 2011" - an event aimed at identifying and showcasing the innovative ideas of graduate & post graduate students from engineering, arts and science and management streams in the southern region.

Innovator 2011 aims at bringing out the Innovative technical, business and social ideas from students; that can make a difference for society and in the area of environment sustainability. The event also provides an opportunity for the Industry to peruse innovative ideas from students, encourage and nurture the best ideas towards implementation.

Open for students from Engineering, Science, Arts and Management streams from all colleges in South India - TamilNadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Puducherry & Andhra Pradesh

Innovator 2011 is the third event under Innovation series being launched by CII with SurgeForth Technologies as knowledge partner
Innovator 2011 would showcase Top Ideas in a 'trade show' for students where representatives from the industry, investment and entrepreneur community would judge entries
Innovator 2011 will have a final 2 day Student Innovators Meet on 18 & 19 November 2011 at PSG college, Coimbatore.
Innovation plays a key role in the area of economic development as well as in making a difference in society.
Main focus of the event is to bring about a culture of innovation, originality and competitiveness amongst college students.
Innovator 2011 is an initiative of CII -SR to bring out Innovative Technical Business and Social Ideas from students, that can make a difference for society or in economic development.
The event also provides an opportunity for the Industry to welcome innovative ideas from students and nurture the best ideas towards implementation.
