CII has launched Employability Bridge in partnership with SurgeForth Technologies - CII's Knowledge partner for Innovator 2009 & 2010 events & active member of CII TamilNadu Education Panel. SurgeForth is the Technology & Program Management partner for CII's Employability Bridge.

Employability Bridge is an industry-academia collaboration platform for employability which acts as an enabler to improve the employability quotient of the participating students, exposing the student strengths to employers and enables in getting Right opportunity (internship, projects& jobs) from the employers for the Right Students.

The key aspect of the Employability Bridge is the integration of opportunity management for the industry, placement management system for the institutions and employability enhancement learning platform for students.
