CII is organizing a Job Fair on 17 March, Trichy to facilitate Industry to recruit engineers & management graduates from colleges (based at Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities) who have participated in the employability enhancement program offered through CII Employability Bridge initiative.

The student pool (3000 in numbers) comprising of both engineers and management graduates have undergone training in Business Communication, Work Ethics, Continuous Learning and problem solving under Employability Bridge initiative. These students have also been participating in competitions, internships and seminars organized through Employability Bridge to get accustomed to Industry expectations. All of them have successfully passed all their academic exam till date and majority of them have scored above 60 % marks.

Through our EmployabilityBridge portal, Corporate participating in the Job Fair will be given opportunity to:

• Showcase organization's brand and publish vacancies directly to student pool
• Have students applying to the opportunity published by participating organization
• Preselect the students that organization would want to meet at the Job Fair

• Assess the students through written test under a controlled environment (Optional)
• Interview the students to make final selection

• Engage with the selected students till joining
